Comiora ("we," "us," or "our") provides online tools for creating comics, storyboards, illustrated pages, and videos. By using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Accounts and credits
You may receive trial credits when you create an account. Generating content uses credits. Purchased credits do not automatically expire. Refunds are handled under the policy shown at checkout and any rights required by applicable law. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
3. Content ownership and license
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you retain rights in content you submit. You may use content generated through the service under these Terms. You are responsible for making sure your submissions do not violate another person’s rights. We handle submitted content as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to create illegal, infringing, harassing, fraudulent, or deceptive content. You may not bypass limits, scrape the service at scale, or abuse an account. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full rules.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or different from what you intended. Review content before publishing, sharing, or relying on it. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the service or generated content will meet a particular purpose.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms when our service, business, or legal obligations change. We will provide notice of material changes by email, in-product notice, or another reasonable method. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
