1. The service
Comiora ("we") provides AI-assisted tools for comic and video creation, including story generation, panel rendering, stylized images, video composition, and related exports. By using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and credits
When you sign up you receive free credits to generate content. Credits are billed per use, unused credits are not refundable. You can buy additional credit packs, which do not expire.
3. Content ownership and license
You own the content you input and that the service generates for you. We use this content only as needed to run the service and improve the model, in line with our privacy policy.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to produce illegal, infringing, harassing, or deceptive content. Bulk scraping, rate-limit bypass, and automated abuse will result in account suspension. Full rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is." AI-generated content may contain errors or miss your intent. Please review before relying on it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the commercial fitness of generated outputs.
6. Changes
We may update these terms when needed. Material changes will be sent by email or surfaced in-product. Continued use means you accept the update.
