What we collect
To run the service, we collect account information (email, display name), the story text and image assets you submit, and the necessary usage and billing records. We do not proactively collect personal data unrelated to the service.
How we use it
The data we collect is used to run the AI generation flow, maintain your account, improve model quality, and provide support when you reach out.
Third parties
We use trusted third-party providers for payment, email, object storage, and AI inference. Each provider processes your data under a data processing agreement and may not use it for its own marketing.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your projects and generated content anytime in settings. When your account is closed, we delete the related data within 30 days and keep only the records required by law.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. For any of these, contact us at support@comiora.app.
Minors
The service is for users 16 and older. If a guardian finds a minor account, contact us and we will close it and remove the data.
