What we collect
We collect account details such as your email address and display name; the stories, prompts, images, and files you submit; generated projects and files; and records needed for usage, payments, fraud prevention, and support. We do not intentionally collect personal information that is unrelated to providing the service.
How we use it
We use this information to provide and secure the service, process generations and exports, maintain your account, process payments, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product. We do not use your private project content for unrelated advertising.
Third parties
We use service providers for authentication, hosting, payment processing, object storage, analytics, and content or media processing. These providers receive only the information needed for their services and may process it under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and deletion
You can delete projects and generated content through the product where those controls are available. When an account is closed, we aim to delete associated content within 30 days, except for information we must retain for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact support@comiora.app. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Minors
The service is intended for users who are at least 16 years old. If you believe a person under 16 has created an account, contact support@comiora.app so we can review the account and take appropriate action.
