Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted uses

You may use Comiora for lawful creative work, including personal projects, team prototypes, publication drafts, classroom materials, and film or television pre-production.

Prohibited content

• Sexual, exploitative, or otherwise abusive content involving minors.
• Targeted harassment, credible threats, defamation, impersonation, or privacy violations involving real people.
• Instructions or depictions that promote terrorism, specific violence, or specific self-harm or harm to others.
• Obscene or sexually explicit content.
• Requests to reproduce copyrighted works substantially or to imitate a living artist’s style without permission.
• Fraud, scams, identity theft, or content intended to mislead people about a real person or organization.

Prohibited behaviors

• Using scripts, bots, or workarounds to bypass rate limits or usage controls.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract model weights or private service code.
• Repackaging, renting, sublicensing, or reselling the service.
• Accessing another user’s account or attempting to interfere with the service.

Enforcement and appeal

We may remove content, limit access, suspend an account, or terminate an account when we reasonably believe these rules were violated. If you believe an action was taken in error, contact support@comiora.app. We will review the request and respond as reasonably practicable.
